1. Your shop
On approval you get a storefront under your IonxSupply subdomain. You are the merchant of record for your items: you own item legality, honest condition grading, accurate listings, your discount codes, and shipping compliance.
2. Fees & payouts
Listing is free. IonxSupply charges a platform fee on the item subtotal after your discounts (shipping is not fee'd), minimum $0.50 per order; payment processing included. The standard rate is 10%; a different rate may be agreed in writing with individual sellers and, where agreed, applies to your account. Payouts run through Stripe Connect — by onboarding you also accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Your payout for an order is released when you mark it shipped with valid tracking; unshipped orders are refundable to the buyer in full from held funds. Stripe then settles to your bank on its rolling schedule. Stripe issues your 1099-K where required.
3. Shipping & handling
Ship within 5 business days of an order (list a longer handling time explicitly if you need it). Lithium batteries ship per the Prohibited & Restricted Items policy — UN38.3, DOT/PHMSA ground rules, proper marking. Tracking is required for payout release.
4. Taxes
Sales tax is your responsibility until IonxSupply activates marketplace-facilitator collection (we will notify sellers before that switches on). Income taxes are always yours; Stripe provides your 1099-K.
5. Standards & enforcement
Prohibited-items violations, dishonest grading, no-ship patterns, review manipulation, or fee circumvention (taking checkout off-platform) lead to listing removal, payout holds pending investigation, suspension, or termination. Suspension hides your storefront and listings market-wide.
6. Buyer protection participation
You agree to the dispute process in the Returns policy. Where a dispute resolves for the buyer, the refund comes from held funds or is deducted from future payouts (or reversed via Stripe where applicable).
