Terms of Service

IonxSupply · last updated August 7, 2026

1. What IonxSupply is

IonxSupply is a marketplace venue. Items are listed and sold by independent sellers. When you buy, the contract of sale forms directly between you and the seller. IonxSupply provides listing, discovery, checkout, and payment processing (via Stripe), and holds sellers to the standards in these terms — but IonxSupply is not the seller, manufacturer, or shipper of any item.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and its activity. One account per person; accurate information required. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our policies, or the law, and may refuse service at our discretion.

3. Buying

Prices are set by sellers. Payment is collected once at checkout and may cover multiple sellers; IonxSupply holds funds and releases each seller's portion per the Seller Agreement. Buyer protection and refunds are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Buyer Protection policy.

4. Content & conduct

Listings, reviews, and messages must be accurate, lawful, and yours to post. The Acceptable Use policy and Prohibited & Restricted Items policy are part of these terms. We may remove content or listings that violate them.

5. Fees

Buying is free. Sellers pay the platform fee described in the Seller Agreement (currently 10% of the discounted item subtotal, minimum $0.50 per order). Payment processing is included.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, IonxSupply disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or items of sellers or buyers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Disputes with IonxSupply; arbitration

We prefer to fix problems — email support first. Otherwise, disputes with IonxSupply are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules; no class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing us, and either party may use small-claims court. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

8. General

Texas law governs (excluding conflicts rules). We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email, and continued use is acceptance. Acceptance is recorded at signup with a timestamp.
